The processing of personal
data and sending electronic communications by Fundación Moto Engineering
Foundation are adjusted to the rules established with the Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27th, 2016,
regarding the protection of natural persons, in the Spanish Organic Law
15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data and in the article 21 of
the Law: Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce 34/2002 dated
July the 11th.

the management of their participation in the Competition, for commercial
purposes and by legal obligation. The data subject may exercise rights of
access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and
opposition, communicating through email to privacy@fundacionmef.org. By completing
this form, the user hereby expressly consents to and authorizes the processing
of personal data that is being made.
